A refreshing mist that helps tone, soothe, hydrate and revitalise the skin. Apply to your face before adding oils to help lock in moisture, or mist your face throughout the day for instant hydration. Hydramist is especially useful when travelling or under air conditioning as an uplifting refresher.
The Ritual
Apply a fine mist to your face after cleansing to hydrate before applying your Glow Serum or Rejuvenate Facial Oil.
You can spritz after moisturising and throughout the day to help lock in hydration.
This Hydramist can also be used in lieu of water with your Brighten Pink Clay and Rose Petal Mask.

Can I return or exchange my purchase
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.

Faulty and Damaged Items
If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required

What payment options does Livskraft offer?
To make shopping easier, Livskraft offers the Afterpay payment option to all Australian customers that allows you to ‘Shop Now, Enjoy Now, Pay Later, Interest Free’.

How does the payment schedule work?
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically each fortnight from your nominated card, unless voluntary payments are made. You will no longer be considered a new Afterpay customer after you have completed your first order in full. Thereafter, your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase for orders under $500 and at the time of purchase for orders over $500. You can log into your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date.
What if I can’t pay an instalment?

What cards does Afterpay accept?
Afterpay currently accepts Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards issued in Australia. Unfortunately, Afterpay does not accept any prepaid cards or foreign debit/credit cards.
When will my goods be delivered if I use Afterpay?
Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard delivery time frames after you complete your order online.
Who can use Afterpay?
Afterpay is available as a payment method for customers who meet all of the following criteria:
● Be an individual who is at least 18 years old
● Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
● Have a valid and verifiable email address and Australian mobile telephone number
● Provide a valid delivery address in Australia; and have access to a Payment Method, for example by being the holder of a Card.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase via post for a refund. Please ensure that your return or exchange meets our Freya's Nourishment Returns Policy as below.

Australian Delivery
Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $8 and we offer free shipping on all orders over $70
All parcels are shipped from Melbourne with Australia Post
Once payment has been received and processed, goods are usually shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on location.
Overseas Orders
Shipping to New Zealand has a flat rate of $12
All other overseas orders are weight based. Please email hello@freyasnourishment.com.au for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Gift wrapping:
Please notify which items need to be gift wrapped and which don’t need to be. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
